It is a constant goal at Hoffer Plastics to maintain our assets to the highest level of quality but also extraordinarily important to our company to invest in new equipment and technology. We pride ourselves in staying ahead of the curve in meeting technical requirements for our customer’s projects. Hoffer has spent the past 5 years in becoming a formidable end-user of scientific molding and has one of only 15 certified Trainers internationally on staff as our Manufacturing Manager. 48 of our Foreman and molding techs have received training in Decoupled II/scientific molding and have also been trained on the E-dart in- mold monitoring systems. We have also established a training curriculum with Paulson as a continued education and advancement for our molding techs.

Hoffer also has become very proficient in using MuCell and Gas Assist technologies in projects that allow in order to be able to consistently mold lighter, consistent parts for our customers. We also utilize technologies such as two-shot and insert molding as well as in-mold decorating and pad printing. Hoffer Plastics is not hesitant in taking on new challenges from our customers to help them be able to create high quality parts!
