Hoffer Plastics’ diversity of product base has created the need for superior supply chain management. At Hoffer, we manage material complexity of over 420 virgin raw materials spanning PP, PE, Nylon, ABS, and Acetal. Our procurement group also manages over 400 colorants in liquid and concentrate form as well as approximately 100 types of corrugated boxes, bags, and other accessories. Hoffer has robust relationships with our key vendors such as DuPont, LyondellBasell, Sabic Innovative Plastics, Braskem, BASF, and Ticona in order to be able to provide the best option possible at the lowest possible price to our customer. We bulk store resins with 9 silos on premise, and Hoffer also has our own proprietary line of resin under the HofflonTM name.

The overall goal of the supply chain team at Hoffer is to drive on-time delivery as well as exemplary customer service to our customers. Our current record is 99.2% on-time delivery. We strive everyday to drive that number to 100% and continue to be flexible to meet our customer’s requirements.
