Quality has been the hallmark of our company. The Hoffer Quality Policy states “Our policy is a firm commitment to continuous improvement in the performance of all activities. Quality is defined as conformance to agreed upon requirements, ours as well as our customers’. Quality is a responsibility shared by all employees of the company. It is a team effort.”

Hoffer Plastics upgraded its certification to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/TS16949:2009 in 2010. Hoffer’s registrar is DNV. Hoffer has received 6 consecutive Superior ratings from AIB for GMP audits related to food contact packaging and also was awarded the highest ratings for the GMA-SAFE audit conducted in 2010.

Our experienced Quality department has state-of-the-art equipment such as a Zeiss CMM and OGP Smart Scope to be able to meet all of our customers’ needs in terms of inspection and testing. At Hoffer, we perform in process functional testing along with vision and leak testing on a daily basis. We have a dedicated staff to design and build gages to meet whatever your needs might be for your parts. Ensuring the quality of your parts is our number one goal.
