Plastic Injection Molding Facilities

Hoffer Plastics Corporation has a 365,000 square foot, fully climate-controlled facility. We are comprised of eight focused factories and have 97 presses ranging from 35 to 650 tons. Each focused factory is operated by a plant manager and managed as small company dedicated to providing our customers with the best and individualized attention. Plant managers utilize daily computer reports to measure plant productivity to assure maximum efficiency. Molds are generally never moved from their assigned plant, assuring consistent, dependable service. Weekly safety and housekeeping programs are also high priorities. Our entire facility is inspected weekly to maintain the highest levels of safety and to monitor 5S activities. The plants also incorporate the Lean manufacturing principles and have completed 7 Kaizen events.

Additionally, Hoffer Plastics built a co-gen facility in 1993 which is comprised of nine 800 kW power generation engines to make sure that our power is uninterrupted. Hoffer Plastics is always able to meet our customer demands and operate 100% of the time.

In 2008, Hoffer Plastics formed a strategic alliance with The Intec Group to gain an international footprint for manufacturing. The Hoffer/Intec alliance created opportunity for Hoffer Plastics to manufacture in Guaymus, Mexico as well as three facilities in China and one additional location in Singapore.
