| Job Description/ Responsibilities: |
*Set molds and perform set up changes and color changes to meet production demands
*Follow molding process parameters to ensure part quality
*Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency and work with quality inspectors to identify defects
*Troubleshoot process, machine, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime
*Follow Lean initiatives to ensure cleanliness and productivity of the Plant
*Promote safety by abiding by all related policies and procedures
*Participate in training initiatives designed to improve skill sets
**Ability to work weekends**

| TOOL ROOM FOREMAN |

| Job Description/ Responsibilities: |
*Works under the supervision of the Tool Room Manager to direct work activities in the tool rooms to ensure the proper repair and modification of molds.
*Direct supervision of tool room personnel.
*Enforce all Company policies, rules, and regulations
*Conduct performance appraisals, recommend transfers, promotions, pay increases when appropriate
*Work with Human Resources for all disciplinary actions, employee complaints, or discharges
*Responsible for training of employees to ensure competency in all positions and at all levels
*Champion safety during the shift through training and enforcement of policies
*Responsible for results in terms of costs, methods, mold modification and repair.
*Plan, layout jobs, assign, instruct, direct and assist toolmakers.
*May perform duties of toolmakers when required
