Job Description/ Responsibilities: Perform mold, set up, and color changes to meet production demands. Set molding process parameters to ensure part quality. Monitor production for accuracy and efficiency and work with quality inspectors to identify defects. Troubleshoot process, machine, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
Skills: High School or GED preferred with strong mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
Years of experience: Minimum 2 years plastic injection processing experience preferred.

Job Description/ Responsibilities: This position performs routine duties associated with inspecting the quality of molded plastic parts made from injection molding machines and assembly machines. Duties include part gauging, visual inspection, trimming, sorting, assembly, weighing/counting, and packing parts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a neat and orderly work area in accordance with 5S standards, adhering to safety polices, making boxes, preparing production tickets and grinder operation. This position must be able to work from verbal and written instructions as well as utilize company production software programs from computer terminals.
Skills: High school diploma or G.E.D. Reading and math comprehension. Computer skills. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
Years of experience: We have a robust training program and will train candidates who are willing to learn and excited about succeeding in this position.
