One constant at Hoffer Plastics is Family. Ten family members over three generations have actively worked for the corporation. The Hoffer family has second generation at the helm of the company and third generation now in executive management; they are dedicated to ensuring that the family corporation remains that way for decades to come.

The Hoffers are committed to their extended family: the Hoffer Plastics Team. The culture is based upon our values of Family, Integrity, Service, and Trust. The average tenure of 27 years on the Middle Management Leadership Team speaks to the quality of the business, community, and single purpose atmosphere espoused by the family. Hoffer Plastics has close to ten employed “families” consisting of three or more members of same family working at the plant.

Additionally, it has been a founding principle of Hoffer Plastics to give back to our surrounding community which is why the Hoffer Foundation has become a very important charitable entity to the Hoffer family.
