Hoffer Plastics is a 360,000 square foot fully air-conditioned manufacturing plant in South Elgin, Illinois. All of our facilities are maintained and continuously upgraded. We invest over 1.5 million dollars per year in new capital equipment, molding presses, robotics, auxiliary equipment and facility upgrades, all to support our focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and maintain the tooling for our customers. Our 91 molding presses average 6 years in age or less and are continually upgraded in order to meet the requirements of our customers. All of this is accomplished in a debt-free atmosphere, reinvesting in the business, and continuously improving the process.
