Robert A. Hoffer, Chairman of the Board, has overseen the company since its inception in 1953. Robert A. Hoffer, Jr., Executive Vice President, and William A. Hoffer, President, maintain the continuity of leadership as the second generation of Hoffers continue its commitment to meet our customers' needs, as well as provide consistent leadership for our 375 employees.
