Hoffer Plastics Corporation is a family-owned, custom injection molding company founded in 1953 by Robert A. and Helen Hoffer. As Chief Executive Officer, Bob Hoffer directed the company's growth over the years from an original 2,400 square foot operation to the present 360,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility.

Over the last 54 years, the company has seen consistent growth with customers in many different industries. This has been accomplished through a focus of quality, customer satisfaction, and tooling support.

Quality has been the hallmark of our company. The Hoffer Quality Policy states "Our policy is a firm commitment to continuous improvement in the performance of all activities. Quality is defined as conformance to agreed upon requirements, ours as well as our customers'. Quality is a responsibility shared by all employees of the company. It is a team effort."

At Hoffer Plastics, in our 7 different manufacturing areas, quality and meeting the customer's expectations is the number one goal for each and every employee. This is accomplished with technologically advanced machinery, purchased on a regular basis in order to stay on top of the many challenges for process control and process capability in the molding industry.

Tooling support has been accomplished with a state-of-the-art engineering group for the construction and debug of new and existing tooling, as well as regular tool maintenance, repair, and setup done in our own toolrooms. This is accomplished with our onsite toolmakers to meet our customers' needs. In 1997, Hoffer Plastics received certification to ISO-9002/QS-9000 and in 2004 received ISO/TS 16949:2002 certification, thus meeting the International Quality Standard that is being recognized throughout the world. We continue to work on a daily basis to continuously improve our operation and to meet the ever changing needs of our customer base.
