A Team Approach

Hoffer Plastics is committed to a multi-disciplinary approach to solve all of our customers' problems. From feasibility review of a new part through the design review process, we utilize a team of individuals from all aspects of the organization - Sales, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Tooling - in order to assure that we are getting total input on all aspects of any new part and any new project, as well as integrate it with our experience from the many different molds that we run.

Our goal is to meet the customer's needs with the most productive tool that we can make at the lowest cost possible. Upon receipt of a customer's tooling order, the progress of that tool is carefully monitored. A project engineer from Tool Engineering coordinates design reviews within a team. This multi-disciplinary team of quality, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and toolroom personnel assures us that the design of the tool is appropriate to meet that customer's expectations and requirements. The tool engineer directs the project through construction, debug, sampling, and part approval, including Advanced Product Quality Planning and Automotive PPAP submissions and approval.
